Terms & Conditions – Bodywork Lab

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SGPerformance-lab.com – Steffen Grasalewski, Paphos, Cyprus.
They cover manual treatments such as physiotherapy, osteopathy and bodywork sessions on a private-pay basis.

2. Contract and booking

• A contract is concluded once an appointment has been confirmed.

• The provider may refuse treatment without giving reasons.

3. Services (on-site treatments in Paphos)

• Treatments include physiotherapy, osteopathy and bodywork methods.

• These methods are intended to support mobility, relieve tension and promote well-being.

• Treatments are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or therapy.

• No promise of healing is given.

• The outcome of treatment depends on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

• Treatments are billed on a self-pay basis.

• Payment is due immediately after the session in cash or by agreed payment method.

5. Cancellation policy

• Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.

• For later cancellations or missed appointments, the full fee is due.

6. Liability

• The provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

• Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of damage to life, body or health.

• No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Data protection

Personal data provided during booking will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of processing appointments. The privacy policy published on the website applies (GDPR compliant).

8. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is Paphos, Cyprus.
